Quote this version when reporting an issue, and compare it with the latest release before upgrading.

Upgrade

Update the complete installed Tapedrive release:
Re-running the homepage installer performs the same stable-channel update. To inspect or select a release already present on disk:

Uninstall

Remove the installer-owned binaries, active-release link, and PATH block:
~/.tape/cassettes/ holds your tape keypairs. Deleting a tape keypair means losing control of that tape, and nothing on-chain will remind you it exists (why). Back up any keypair you care about before removing anything.
The uninstaller deliberately leaves ~/.tape, node stores, keys, cassettes, user-authored configuration, and system services untouched. Remove or archive those separately only when you explicitly intend to discard operational data.
